    Pros: Staff is great, very polite, and welcoming. Good pool, good food. It has a nice part of the beach.
    Cons: Conditioning in rooms is very loud and can not do it as cold. Also beach is near construction so it was noisy there. But overall, we were happy. Sofa bad is too uncomfortable, so we got an upgrade to room with normal beds.

    Pros: The hotel was very nice, pleasant and in the area of everything happening with a short walk. All of the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
    Cons: The mattresses were a little too soft for my liking. I wasn't able to get my Marriott points even though this is a Marriott hotel???

    Nice hotel but our stay was ruined due to rude staff and extreme mold smell.

    Pros: The hotel is nice, its fairly new. The hotel offers a beach shuttle. We had various problems during our stay and the staff was not able to help ONCE. The staff was rude, petty, and extremely not professional. We booked a double room with a kitchen and when we arrived we were told the room did not exist and we were given a room without a kitchen. Our room also had an extreme mold smell, we asked the staff to do something about the smell, nothing was done. I wouldnt recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay there again.
    Cons: Rude stead and mold.

    Pros: The hotel was good but needs some improvement in some areas. The pool bar was nice, could use a little more ambiance.The restaurant was very good the food was great and the staff was super great
    Cons: The bed was not very comfortable and the sofa bed was even worse. My children (17 and 14) were not comfortable at all. The mattress is too thin. You can feel all the metal springs in your back.

    Short and sweet, long enough to want to return, too short to fully enjoy.

    Pros: Although my stay was very short, i enjoyed the staf. I loved the room. If I had stayed longer I would have enjoyed the tube and the pool. Upon check in the staff was very friendly. When leaving the hotel, even the staff tending the garden said goodbye. It gives the guest a very warm feeling.
    Cons: I am scared as iguanas, and there where some around the pool area. luckily I found an alternative route to the room.

    Pros: Hotel was clean and newly renovated. Pool area was great never crowded has a nice bar resto area and the main strip was a 10 mins walk from the hotel. Not beach front but they have a shuttle to take you over with a 2mins ride.
    Cons: The worse part of this hotel was the beach area VERY rocky with construction in front and behind. We walked further down and didn't use the hotels beach area at all. They do have Towel service and someone there to provide you a beach chair and water.

    The facility was nice and clean. The staff were accommodating mostly with pockets of not so friendly or abrupt instances

    Pros: It was clean, comfortable and affordable.
    Cons: The on-site restaurant Allegra Bistro was ordinary and the food in general was lackluster. Not a big variety of dishes. This was disappointing.

    It was a very nice stay, I will go back this year again, for a short vacation

    Pros: The location is very good. Near restaurants and bars. Very tranquil but very close to the beach and restaurant and bars. Not to far from downtown. I would recommend this hotel.
    Cons: There should be more parking space.
