Pros: The staff are courteous & happy to help in every way. Our room was clean & fresh with good amenities provided. The bed was so comfortable & the pillows were even great! Breakfast daily was excellent with a wide range of choices.

Cons: No Wi-Fi in the bedroom on the 8th floor. Reported numerous times but not fixed. Housekeeping was variable. Only one robe between 2, no hand towel. Requested another but never came. Breakfast was awful, went out for breakfast subsequent days.
