Cons: The receptionist was supposed to give me three rooms not near each other and an upgrade but got none and was told tough as I checked in late also half empty bottle water left in one of my rooms and bar staff didnt have a clue about serving people and the fact the hotel is housing refugees that are running around and on e-scooters they are banging and jumping very loud no sleep hotel needs to consider either being a hotel or a refugee hotel it obviously cant accommodate both it should be known to people that they are there before booking

Pros: Had traveled to Ballinrobe for a funeral. The hotel was ideal location only 20 mins from Ballinrobe. Food was excellent and rooms very clean and comfortable would definitely stay here again.
