Unbelievable hotel and worth every penny!

Pros: This was the most beautiful hotel Ive ever stayed in. It was fantastic value for money, in an excellent location. The staff could not do enough for us. We informed them that we were there for our honeymoon and they made such an effort to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for us. The food is delicious, the pool is big and clean, the loungers are comfortable, the rooms are spacious. The real gem is that they have a sunset bar where you will watch the most incredible sunsets, no need to even leave your hotel! The breakfast is unbelievable. The cleaning staff are so lovely also, always smiling! The spa is a must go, I was given a complementary express facial and it was divine. I wish I booked another treatment while I was there. The location is 5 mins firm Fira walking. We rented a quad and headed out to Oia one day which is about 25 mins away. You can rent quads beside the venue and they even collect it from you free of charge if you leave it in the venue car park when your done. Would highly recommend this venue if staying in Santorini!

Cons: The hotel is situated in front of a busy road which at night is very loud if you are situated in a garden view room. Would recommend asking staff to put you in a room away from the road or just use ear plugs like I did every night which wasnt an issue at all.

Absolutely the best vacation ever staying at the Majestic Hotel in Santorini!!

Pros: The property was beautiful and depending on where you stood, you can see all sides of the island. Get a volcano balcony view and you will have the most incredible sunset pictures (we were here in early October). They arranged transportation to and from the airport for my daughter and I. The hotel manager greeted us upon our arrival and came to say goodbye when we left. The hospitality here was the best I have ever encountered! The woman at reception helped us arrange a private tour with Nicholas (I cant remember the tour company name but ask for him!!) which was our best day here! I recommend to take a tour whenever you can to maximize the places you are able to visit and see in Greece! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms clean and we would go back here in a heartbeat!

Cons: Everything was wonderful! (I am included photos, the one labeled lobby is of the balcony as is the sunset photo).

Great hotel with amazing service

Pros: Spectacular! Beautiful hotel with amazing views of both the caldera and the ocean on the other side. Rooms are large and comfortable and the entire property is well maintained. Being just outside the bustle of Fira was perfect. Lots of areas to just sit, relax and enjoy. Breakfast was fantastic each day. The best part of our stay was the amazing staff, especially Debbie at the front desk!! Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Service here is top-notch!!

Nice hotel, mediocre service.

Pros: The pool is nice. Airport transfer was easy to arrange at the end of our stay.

Cons: The transfer to the hotel required payment in cash, however that detail wasn't provided by the hotel which created a stressful check-in experience. The staff also provided extremely slow service at check in and at the bar (in fairness after we whinged the staff became much better)
