Beautiful hotel with modern necessities; small but comfortable with the most pleasant staffs

Pros: The property is beautiful and filled with modern necessities. It is also centrally located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui with plenty of restaurants and sites nearby. The staffs are extremely accommodating and friendly and would go the extra lengths to make sure our stay is the most comfortable it could possibly be.

Cons: The rooms are quite small and dark. Its also fully carpeted so it could potentially bother those with allergies as it happened to us. Breakfast is good but lacks options and quite repetitive.

Pros: Nice breakfast and decent location

Cons: Got a room with a connecting door to another one and of course the noise was a problem, it was like being in the same room with other guests. At the very least the property could try to avoid allocating guests to these adjacent rooms, it seemed to have plenty of capacity.
