    Cons: My rating is very negative. The reception staff has changed, and unlike in the past, they are now very rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to satisfy the customer's basic needs. I would advise the Director to remember that the customer is the true wealth of the company, it takes years to earn his trust but it doesn't take much to lose them forever. You have to work very hard with your staff Director! Two old customers

    The location is great, just no closet or little space to put hangers for clothes.

    Pros: The best part about this hotel is the location, it is a tourist area in Kowloon and close to restaurants, shopping malls and subway station.
    Cons: Our room don't have a closet or shelf for us to hang jackets and shirts, so we have to keep everything in the suitcases.This is an old hotel, so probably needs to be renovated.

    Cons: I didn't like Booking.com lack of help regarding my previous hotel, Majestic 7. Such an AWFUL hotel should not be included in the list at all. I paid Euro 300 with no assistance from Booking.com. I am seriously thinking of changing Booking.com for Kayak.
