    Nice location and bar restaurant pity about the state of the 'superior' room 3.

    Pros: Breakfast was OK. Nice meal in restaurant and bar is good.
    Cons: Room 3 shower is in dire need of an upgrade - couldn't even use it with the sight of badly molded sealant and paint peeling off the ceiling. Front windows really need to be replaced or repaired. The bed is done. Also there was a terrible 'toilet' smell in the corridor leading to the bedrooms.

    Pleasant and fine for a one night stay.

    Pros: Breakfast was excellent - the quality of the produce was very good - breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The bed was very comfortable.
    Cons: It was a bit noisy in the room from the pub and other rooms - difficult to resolve in an old building. The en-suite and shower was large but very basic and could do with an overhaul. Also the decor was a bit dated and could do with an uplift. Was fine for one night but would have been an issue for a longer stay.

    Loved the Inn at Kippen.

    Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff and owners. Great food at breakfast and in the Inn's restaurant. Quiet, relaxing location in the country in a small village, but still an easy drive into Stirling. Well-equipped for a small B&B in an older building.
    Cons: Nothing, really. It was a great place for us to stay.

    Wonderful hosts with exceptional customer service

    Pros: Convenient location, dog friendly brilliant proprietors. We were held up by a road closure for 6 hours which made us late booking in and missing their meal time however Laura made us a fantastic meal when we eventually arrived and her customer service ethic is exemplary. Paul cooked an amazing breakfast and gave our dog a breakfast sausage. Ben the barman was very kind and helpful. Would be happy to recommend and stay again . Thank you

    Pros: The staff is very welcoming and kind. We arrived late so the kitchen was closed but we were able to have a drink and the bar and unwind.
    Cons: Our room was a bit small for 2 twin beds.
