Our stay was very good. We got our room inspite of arriving early. It was a happy stay

Pros: The gentleman in the lobby was extremely nice and helpful. He greeted and spoke to everybody coming in and out of that lobby.

Cons: Needs updating. Towels are thin from overuse.

Price is cheap and if you can compromise then ok

Pros: Location is only good thing about imperial hotel. Washroom had proper clean towels

Cons: Cleanliness was zero. Smell at reception was good but at coridors there was bad smell and dirty towel was there and they donot bother to pick it up

The worst is the worst place I stay in my life.

Pros: room with carpet. Electric connector s are not able to use. Phone in the room cannot be used. Dust all around windows, table and floor. Cannot blow my hair in the bathroom . Stop selling The Imperial Hotel for any customers.

Cons: Have to change my room more than 3 times every day because all rooms are more or less three times. The window curtain is not able to close. You find feathers and crippnails on the wooden floor. You can see the white towels everywhere in the hallway because of water. You find no carpet in the hotel at all.

I will never stay at this hotel on my next visit.

Pros: It was completely disappointing. I stayed in such a dirty hotel for the first time in my life. There was no cleanliness whatsoever. Insects were wandering around the hotel and I stayed for seven days. I told the staff to clean the room. They said they should definitely come and clean the room.

Cons: They could make the hotel a little cleaner. After all, people stay here. I can't imagine such a dirty hotel on the most beautiful street of Hong Kong.
