Pros: Location was excellent and the restaurant was fantastic. The wait and bar staff were very, very good. The front desk staff was cheerful. The room was spacious, the decor was lovely and there was a wonderful full length mirror. The artwork at the hotel was beautifully curated and in keeping with the style of this lovely building. You could walk to hundreds of shops from the hotel.

Cons: The front desk staff could have been much more helpful at check in by providing dining options and making it clear that room service was the only on site breakfast option. The bed was very hard and the pillows were lumpy. The adjoining room to ours had the light on all night and the room on the other side had the TV on loud volume late at night and then early in the morning.

Beautiful place right on the square. Doesn't get any better.

Pros: Excellent elegant location. Room was large, beautiful and clean. The staff was super friendly. The 5 star restaurant is attached to the hotel. We order room service for breakfast and it was outstanding. Don't tell anyone but there is a little DIV bar in the back which we loved.

Cons: Our room didn't have much of a view but we really didn't need one, shopping was just around the corner. You can select a room with a view for a little more money. I got lost once because there are two second floors, but I enjoyed the beautiful art that is everywhere and I found the "secret library".
