Pros: Excellent property would highly recommend! Great neighborhood close to Grand Central. Super spacious and comfortable. Great room!

Pros: The location of the hotel was near a lot of attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was good. The restaurant was great. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Cons: The bed in my room was a little worn down on one side where the springs would make noise. The distance to walk to the subway was a little longer than I’m used to.

Amazing boutique hotel! Loved everything...

Pros: We loved this hotel from the minute we arrived. Fantastic location just off 5th Avenue. Close to everything and everywhere on our itinerary for the 4 nights. Staff at main door and reception were polite and friendly throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble when we had any questions about the hotel or the area. Various different staff working and every one of them treated us the same. The room is large with plenty of space. We were given a snacks/drink credit for €40 which was a nice surprise. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely big comfortable bed. A beautiful hotel inside and out. We loved we had access to the top floors to sit out on the balconies to eat and drink and take in the skyline.

Pros: The location was really good. The bed was very comfortable slept so well. The room was attended daily very clean. The room was spacious with cupboard space to empty our cases. Staff were very friendly.

Cons: Disapointed the balcony had no view other than a brickwall. I was suprised there was not a single usb port in the room, enquired at front desk for a plug, they had none spare.

Pros: Great location for mid town business and leisure travel. Hotel was very clean, room well appointed with bespeaks machine, amply stocked fridge mini bar and lot of high end snack alcohols and wines. Bathroom shower ( rain shower ) was more like a far more expensive room. Lower floors on the street maybe noisy to a non city dweller - so request or book a higher floor. But the base rooms are on lower floors. So if you are a city person, phenomenal value in mid town Manhattan.

Cons: Room was great for working and sleeping. Very well appointed and modern. Clean with great rain shower.
