    Well worth booking, I'm happy I did.

    Pros: Very nice front desk employees. Delicious free breakfast. They stored my luggage when I climb Mt.Fuji and when I returned to check back in already had my luggage in the room for me. Welcome back, Mr. Martinez
    Cons: It was all worth it, and I may return one day.

    Convenient and clean hotel with excellent breakfast.

    Pros: Enjoyed the excellent Japanese breakfast buffet. Very convenient at the station and bus stop to Fujisan. Several restaurants in the area.
    Cons: Looks a bit old fashioned and carpets in the corridors are worn out. But the room was clean.

    Good location and breakfast. Cannot expect much from the bedroom.

    Pros: Excellent location right in front of Gotemba station. Breakfast buffet was good. Yummy pudding.
    Cons: The room is small, and it was still in 80s-90s style. There was no space to open two luggages. The bathroom requires a big step to walk up, which is inconvenient to children and elderly. It should have shown clearly in the website so that customers can decide to stay or not beforehand.

    You can take the Free shuttle bus to Gotemba Premium outlet from Gotemba station.

    Pros: Great location, directly opposite Gotemba station. Direct view of Mt Fuji from the hotel room. Odakyu Highways bus connects Shinjuku to Gotemba vv.
    Cons: Nothing.

    Pros: Mt Fuji view, accommodating staffs.
    Cons: No air conditioning, despite having air conditioning listed in the available facilities, so we had to open our windows. Luckily, we were given fans for all 3 rooms we occupied.

    Pretty good hotel right across the street from the Gotemba train station

    Pros: I arrived at noon but was told check-in didnt start until 3PM. I didn't complain because its standard to have check-ins around that time. However, they quickly got my room prepared and called me back after 20 minutes!
    Cons: The wooden pallet flooring in the bathroom was really wobbly. They also had no instant coffee in the room, just tea.
