Pros: We had such a warm welcome from door staff and reception which continued throughout our stay.Delighted on arrival to learn our room was upgraded. We felt it was a special experience to stay in such a beautiful hotel but it also had such a homely feel.

Cons: Disappointed to be only staying for one night ...would definitely like a return trip to stay here.

Pros: The hotel was stunning, really luxurious without feeling pretentious. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and even remembered our names. The concierge were really helpful to assist with making plans. The location of the hotel is perfect - we walked to the palace, it was close to nice food places, and for everything else we hopped onto the tube at Victoria which was 5 mins away. It was just me and my 4 year old son so it made a huge difference having a welcoming and helpful team look after you. We had room service breakfast which whilst wasn't cheap, was exceptional and we loved eating in our robes. We loved our experience at The Goring thank you!
