Pros: Nothing to like there

Cons: , I did a booking through booking.com and the hotel said not any rooms available, the receptionist very rude, and they said are not able to cancel or refund and I had to do a claim through booking.com

Its a hostel not a hotel, we should not have been charged to stay there.

Pros: Nothing whatsoever - the place shouldn’t even be operating.

Cons: Everything - I could write a book about it. Wallpaper hanging off walls; cigarette holes on the bed; light sockets broken; no remote for tv; plasters stuck on bathroom wall; more or less every fitting broken; no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes; plug sockets not working; ironing board without a cover; An absolute disgrace!

Pros: We did not stay it was a disgusting hotel all full of homeless no heating ripped carpets tv did not work smelly of drugs was a very scary experience should never be let out to public very rough looking windows broken should be condemned

Cons: I have to say it's the worst hotel in UK .The staffs were not the problem cos they were professional but the hotel is a mess interms of facilities.The nice pictures online are fake and misleading. I paid for a Triple room with 1 double bed and a single bed yet there was no wardrobe to put away my clothes, there was no chairs to even sit down,just one old dirty table . I asked for my bedding to be changed after 3 nights I was told it wil be changed on the 4th day JESUS CHRIST never seen that before, i had to sleep on the same bedding for 3nights,everywhere smelly. I had to check out before my last night ,. It was a nightmare and I will never recommend such place to anyone. THE WORST HOTEL IN UK

Cons: Where do I begin We left the property 10 minutes after arriving due to how awful it was. It looked nothing like it was advertised online. On arrive door was locked and looked abandoned. Had to ring up to access the property. Everytime you leave the building, keys had to be left at reception, meaning anyone could access the room whilst personal belongings were inside. Multiple smashed/boarded up windows. One right outside one of our rooms. Ripped wallpaper throughout rooms and building. Car park at property looked very unsafe to leave a vehicle there overnight. Room advertised an outdoor space. This was not provided. Both rooms smelt of cigarettes, which was very unpleasant for us none smokers. One room had a sock over the smoke alarm, smoke damage to the ceiling and a safety window was missing. Chairs provided in the rooms had multiple stains on them and right outside the property there was multiple drunk and disorderly people. We left immediately due to false advertising, multiple inconveniences and overall feeling very uncomfortable and unsafe in the building. It felt like multiple crimes had be committed throughout this property.

Pros: Comfy bed a three pillows. Once I got the radiator working then the room was warm.

Cons: I found the sign saying you must hand your keys in when you leave the hotel for a sustained period of time very strange but followed the rules as suggested. Once into my room I find the floor was not clean at all. It was thought he room hadn’t been used for a while. Went and used the loo to find the toilet didn’t flush properly. It was till later I discovered the leaver was fully in the basin so you had to push it in then flush. The shower head had little to no pressure so barely got any water running from it. Lastly there was no remote control for the to so had to keep getting up to change the channel or turn the volume up I’m glad I didn’t pay too much money for the room or had stayed more than one night as otherwise or I’d have complained. A very old and run down hotel which is in much need of some TLC.
