    Pros: Everything you want, clean, friendly staff, good beds (louzy pillows but that everywhere in Germany) and nice breakfast
    Cons: Airconditioning was not as it should. Impossible to get it colder in the room and min. of 18 degrees is not sufficient.

    Pros: A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, breakfast was lovely too
    Cons: The restaurant wasn’t open on a Sunday evening and even if it was menu was way too fancy. Would have at least liked to have ordered some room service as one of our group was poorly.

    It didn’t meet my expectations...

    Pros: The staffs responsible for the breakfast service were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
    Cons: The room didn’t have a chair or desk at all. The room was stinky and smelled like musty. The room didn’t have a good ventilation so the air became a bit old after some hours of staying in. The bathroom inside the room didn’t have a real door. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

    Alas, I don't recommend the...

    Pros: Very good location of the hotel Water and coke are readily available.
    Cons: 1. My room was very cold even though the air conditioning was set to 24 degrees. 2. the noise of the air conditioner was very disturbing to sleep. I slept with earplugs and it did not help 3. very uncomfortable mattress. Hard. 4. The pillows are small and not comfortable 5. Thin blanket. Slept in my clothes 6. No kettle in the room. Because it was very cold, I could not even make tea for myself. 7. Poor noise insulation! I could hear everything behind the wall. 8. Early in the morning the corridor was being cleaned with a vacuum cleaner, which made it difficult to have a good morning. 7. Breakfast was very poor: boiled eggs, cheese and hard bread.

    Pros: The stylish design, very spacious room, and enjoyed blinds + wooden shutter combination.
    Cons: Breakfast could have had a few more options, but it is a small hotel, and they did even have some vegan options. I have stayed closer to the station in the past, but it isn't very far, and nice to be close to The Kö.

    Cons: The toilet and shower lights and ventilation are working with sensors and these sensors are faulty. During the night, the light and ventilation turn on by themselves. There was no way to stop it. As a result we didn't sleep all night. we felt like we are in a police station or in prison with lights turning on every 10 minutes. terrible experience! Another point - the wall of the toilet and the shower is made of glass. painted, but you can still see everything. This is something which should be clearly mentioned in the room description during the booking process.
