    Pros: The room was amazing,, big bed large TV on wall over looking bed, the bath tub was so big and amazing.. the hole bathroom layout was well done. The food downstairs in the bar was great,
    Cons: The loud music that was coming from downstairs until 10 pm. It was too hard to go to sleep until it stopped, At 3 am. in the morning, road sweeper and then at 5am garbo came to temple bottles out of the big bin. Then, from then on, all you could hear was the planes going over top of the hotel every 5 .ins from airport,, So not much sleep when we had to be gone by 7.30 am that morning.

    Pleasant stay in Franklin Boutique...

    Pros: The hotel is charming and olde worldy ...but looks to be popular with younger people. Pleasant staff showed me to my room, which was boutique styled, explaining the coffee machine and fridge contents were complementary. Nice touch... Tried a couple of drinks, and bottled water for hot drink was handy. Also had a goody bag of snacks which was a nice surprise. I didn't eat there as was going to footy but looked to have a good choice of food. Very handy to transport to get to Adelaide Oval, on bus/tram ( could walk, but a bit far at night) and theres a free tram to shopping in the mall. Opposite Adelaide bus terminal which was handy for me, being from the country. Pleasant stay.
    Cons: Stairs up to room might be a challenge for older people but I managed ok!

    Decent place next to bus...

    Pros: Location to the bus station for our trip to kangaroo Island. Storage of luggage. Price is good if you just need a place to sleep.
    Cons: Loud noise from the bar and slamming of doors at 11pm, carpet dirty.

    Great choice on the edge...

    Pros: The hotel could be better described as a pub with rooms (just 6 in total). Room 5 is a bit on the small side but as a solo traveller, absolutely fine and the bathroom was enormous. The pub downstairs had an excellent selection of drinks and a varied food menu. The hotel is directly opposite Adelaide bus station which was one of my reasons for choosing it.
    Cons: There is a quite long staircase which is a nuisance when taking luggage upstairs but assistance is available to take heavy luggage up or down which is great. No drawers or cupboard in the bedroom for storing clothing.

    Pros: Great design led pub. Cool to stay in classic Aussie style with a twist. Lovely bathroom. Nice balcony. Enjoyed meal downstairs. We were made very welcome and appreciated the complimentary drinks . Well organised. Helpful staff.
    Cons: Room was small so required organisation to manage luggage etc.

    Pros: The staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful. The complimentary snacks and beverages were a bonus!
    Cons: There was construction work near by which started early around 6am and was very noisy

    Central location, reasonable price and...

    Pros: The room was very spacious. Although it was a weekend the noise from the bar downstairs did not interrupt our sleep.The balcony was a great spaceto spend soe time on in the afternoon.
    Cons: Toiletries should have been replaced daily.

    Pros: Spacious room with some great touches, like the little goody bag, free stocked fridge, and Nespresso machine. Bed was super comfortable. Enjoyed being able to hang out in the bar downstairs, and would have enjoyed the garden more if it hadn't have been so hot!

    Stylish and welcoming Adelaide bolt...

    Pros: Really stylish, super-friendly staff and the biggest bath I have ever seen. Some really thoughtful little touches like a well-stocked complimentary mini bar and welcome candies.
    Cons: I loved everything about it.
