Good value for money, spacious

Pros: Clean and spacious, with complete amenities

Just the location is not so bad, far from city centre but 400 m from Novema MRT

Pros: The apartment is good size, but not so comfortable. Cant get wifi signal in the bedroom. The toilet is uncomfortable, to get in or out the door is too big need to squeeze around. No place were to keep toiletries on the sink, no towel hangers.

Cons: Glass doors and windows are dirty and dusty. No view from the balcony, the pool is dirty with green water. Gym is unusable with treadmill broken and no Air conditioning in a tiny room. Needs renewal and maintenance, property is not well maintained at all.

Staying overall was Ok , but feeling was not good. As payment was done early i could not cancel.

Pros: The hotel location is very inconvenient for short-term busy travelers, especially those visiting for 10-15 days on official tours. The need to rely on expensive taxis due to the distant MRT station, which is located on the opposite side of the road, poses challenges. Crossing the road is also difficult. The location increases the likelihood of missing it by taxi, resulting in frustration and reluctance to return by taxy driver, need to wait outside at road in rainy day. Moreover, racism was observed at the reception, with the receptionist displaying unusual behavior instead of being polite and accommodating to guests. Despite several requests, entry to the room was denied until the security deposit was paid in cash, even though my credit card was not working with their machine. This created significant inconvenience during my busy days, requiring me to rush to a friend's office to withdraw cash to pay the security deposit and gain entry. Despite my plea to wait until evening to make the payment, my request was not accommodated. Furthermore, there are no dining options within a 4 km radius, necessitating a walk to the MRT station for food.

Cons: Water was leaking from the ceiling for 2 days. Also receptionist approach. The stay was marred by inconvenient location, racial discrimination at reception, and a ceiling leak

Had a pleasant stay overall.

Pros: Room was spacious enough for 2 pax. Toilet was also quite big. Well equipped kitchenette which we use to cook up few meals. Fridge was big enough to store food and drink for 1-2 weeks easily. Location was good, Near few malls and food centre (within 10-15 mins walk). Room was quiet except for occasionally sound from door closing from other units. Rooftop garden was a plus point. Nice view and quite windy. Just be prepare for mosquitos repellent. Pool was not big but good enough for a dip or leisure swim.

Cons: Just couple of hiccups. If you are not a fussy traveller, this is quite a nice place for long stay. TV channels are very limited. News took up almost 1/3-1/2 the channels. Although the room has not much view (as its only 6 floors building (including roof top), it's still bright during the day.

Pros: Very comfortable and large bed. Good Air conditioning. Nice spacious room. Helpful staff. Convenient for the MRT and local shops.

Cons: The TV channels were limited and poor signal. Batteries had run out of remotes, but they changed them.

Cons: Old and not well sign posted from main road and narrow driveway. Wi-Fi is very slow, tv is blur n fuzzy n not many programmes. Safety wise there is a drop at the front door which has no warning. Air con is warmish

Pros: We liked the kitchen, it had everything we needed for almost two weeks stay, cleaning lady was attentive and immaculate, beds were comfy. Room has wonderful glass wall and view is ok, since the building is in the block where plenty of hospitals and medical schools are located. Room AC was perfect and very pleasant. Bathroom is bigger than in most places in Singapore. There was a small library where we could choose some interesting books.

Cons: It was far from MRT station (arround 900 m), which would not be a problem anywhere in Europe, but in Asia with unbearable hot weather, high humidity and two suitcases of almost 30 kg, or for guests with children would definitely be an obstacle without using Grab or taxi service. It was impossible to use gym because there was no AC there, as well as in the lobby, and no ventilators on the rooftop which is the only place you can take video or any other wa calls due to extremely lousy wifi, which is unthinkable in the city where you have free wifi spots all over. Pool is small and shallow 1,2 m deep just for kids, but the weather is so hot and airless that almost there were no guests in that area. We complained about wifi in the room, but there were no improvements whatsoever. Definitely not value for money. The price is average for that kind of accomodation, but the quality is bellow the average for Singapore.

Its a 3 star, if this place is cheap, then book it. Just dont over pay.

Pros: Close walk to shopping and MRT. Staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: This isnt really a 4 star, they dont even give you hand towels or wash clothes. What 4 star would do that? The interior of the apartments are 2 or 3 star level cheap furniture, pretty beat-up, as cheap as possible and limited kitchen furnishings. The pictures are 40% better than in real life, to area for the bathtub is pointless and not really useable.
