Pros: This is a great hotel option in Hong Kong! Its conveniently located near Wan Chai station and while its busy everywhere in HK, the hotel is very quiet. The design from the furnishing to the tiny details like the light switches are impeccable. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating. We would stay again!

Pros: My partner and i love the design of the hotel, and it has everything we need, location was super convenient and staffs were super helpful and friendly !

Cons: Unfortunately, on the first night we checked in, around 11:30pm, right after we finished dinner and back to the hotel, we encountered a strong unpleasant smell emanating from the hallway, without prior notice, the smell persisted for at least 15 mins, and we had to contact the reception to request that they spray and clear the air for us.On the second night of our stay, we were unfortunate to wake up to the distressing situation of my partner bitten by BED BUGS, We found that there were at least 6 bed bugs on the bed, we were horrified by this and immediately requested a room change, we greatly appreciated the staff's friendless and their efforts to remedy the situation, they kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast and apologised the inconvenience caused. However, we still felt traumatised by the fact that the room had not been cleaned.

Comfortable stay in very nicely designed room

Pros: My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff were kind enough to give us a free upgrade. Matthew Yuen in particular made sure we felt at home. The cake arranged in the room was a very nice touch.

Cons: Shower holder was a little loose so that was a little irritating at times but other than that our stay was great. Room was very roomy by Hong Kong standards.

Pros: Very central location - short walk to Wanchai MTR and the tram. Easy road access to the rest of HK.
