Pros: The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the souk, close to the beach, and in the middle of all the sights, making it a convenient base. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The staff is really sweet and helpful, I forgot something in the room and they were really amazing to send it and to make sure I received the item the next day! Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff, price, size.

Cons: Everything was perfect except that I had no balcony - the door couldnt be opened by anyone, including the staff.

A good hotel for long stay!

Pros: -Front desk staffs are very nice, and house keeping staffs are very gentile and helpful! -One-bedroom apartment is very comfortable with a lot of space. Big flat screen TV with few international channels. -Kitchen has the minimum to cook but facilities are very old. -Good location with walking distance to Lulu Hypermarker in WTC building, 10mins walk to the sea front promenade, a lot of restaurants & stores around, Gold Souk nearby with very busy streets in the area.

Cons: -Can not open the window, and window counter could be cleaner since it's full of bird drops -Kitchen is old and some cabinets are very wear down that need some upgrades! -Unpleasant smell in the corridor!

Pros: location was amazing, next to the ( the mall ) 200 meter walk this mall has everything and has the tallest slide in the middle east it was a great experience, have the shop ( brand for less ) which I love personally, the message center good need more attention but we had a good message, few meters away from the Corniche. staff amazing, great hospitality they have,

Pros: The location was good but that is not really attributable to the hotel itself since you know the location at the time of booking and you can choose what suits you. It was quite close to different bus stops and a walking distance to the beach. Also there is a supermarket on the other side of the street and a few minutes walking from the WTC shopping mall.

Cons: When we arrived we were welcomed with a horrible smell of mold and other unidentifiable smells (the smell was present already on our floor in the corridor). We turned on the AC and open the windows but nothing helped. In the end we found out that some of the smells were coming out of the AC itself. The smell of mold was really bad in the bedroom, probably the carpet was really moldy and also the bed frame itself might have been. You could smell mold the whole time even when lying in the bed. We even got alergy symptoms after a day! The apartment was clened but not really clean. The furniture and carpet were stained, the bathroom had mold everywhere, the kitchen was worn down and not well cleaned. There was mold and dirt in the electric kettle. There was no dish soap nor a sponge to wash dishes we had to buy that ourselves. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking when in use and the sink was clogged. On our last day something happened to the canalisation and the smells coming out of the drain and the toilet in the bathroom were on a different level. You have to put down a deposit of 100aed for damage which could be understandable but considering everything it was just ridiculous. The photos on booking did not match the reality at all. On the pictures you could see that the amenities would be older and that would not be a problem if they were clean. I would never stay here again and I really would not reccomend it to anyone.
