    I would not recommend this...

    Pros: View of the bay was not too bad.
    Cons: Facility was old, smelly. Bathroom, kitchen ceiling needed replaced. Elevator was old, wood work needed replaced throughout the halls. Furniture and drapes smelled of cigarette smoke. Very cheap appliances, coffee maker was hard to use in very small space. Loud noises all night, like broken pipes. Service very poor quality.

    It was okay.

    Pros: I like the kitchen and that we had an refrigerator. The balcony was nice and the room was clean.
    Cons: The mattress was like a box spring. sunk in and hard as a brick.

    The staff were friendly but...

    Pros: I have stayed there before for the St Patrick’s day parade. It is a very nice location,especially looking over the bay. It is convenient to walk to Fagers island, a local 7 eleven, and the Bad Monkey.
    Cons: Housekeeping texted me several times regarding my stay. I informed them I would appreciate someone cleaning the sink and the microwave. They were both obviously dirty. They responded that it would be taken care of, but the issue was not resolved. Very disappointing.

    Pros: The staff was polite and awesome! A+.
    Cons: the building/rooms are in need of remodeling, very old and worn. the view from the balcony was 4 out of ten, the pond view was a sign of neglect and not a great sight.

    Pros: The staff were great. The suite was clean. I would always clean a room before I unpacked, but this room was amazingly clean. The area was near everything. I will definitely come back to this hotel resort.
