Cons: We understand that we dont leave the place in a mess, but given the flat is going to be professionally cleaned, we felt pressured to wipe down and dust every surface in and leave the place as though we had never been there. When we on holiday , it would be nice not to have to be stressed about cleaning.

Bad start at check in spoilt my whole experience

Pros: I arrived at 2pm on 2/10/23 and there was no one at reception and I couldnt get in until someone exited the lobby. I wasnt informed before hand that it was a public holiday and the key collection procedure was different. I had to ask a stranger who exited the lobby regarding what to do.!!

Cons: Guest should be inform of the check in procedure before they arrive by email or text. I would expect more personal communication from the receptionist the next day.

Pros: Location was excellent.

Cons: No real amenities. The pool area was ordinary. No gym. Tiles throughout the property, no soft or warm surfaces. Furnishings sub standard.

Would recommend to anyone going to the GC

Pros: We loved the whole place. Location, facilities, comfy beds and great pillows. The pool was beautiful and always clean plus inviting. This is my second time staying and I will definitely be back. Would recommend to anyone going to the GC. Plus the parking is ideal.

Cons: It would be great to have some salt and pepper, toilet spray and some more dishwashing liquid. Or at least be notified of what was included with the place (and how much). We are happy to pay for it but would have just planned ahead a bit more if we knew. Maybe also an extra key.
