Pros: Close to the beaches, excursions, shopping, etc. And not crowded.

Cons: When I made the reservation I was told the less expensive rooms were sold out, so I had to get the condo. When we arrived it seemed the place was deserted. No cars, and only saw 3-4 other guests. So clearly less expensive rooms were available.

Disappointing and too expensive for what you got.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean.

Cons: The ceiling was leaking and chunks were falling down, there was a fire alarm at 6:30 am, the electricity went out while we were in the elevator, there were no beach chairs provided as promised. There was no place close to get breakfast or coffee without a car- the store on sight had very little.

Cons: The hotel staff was lacking in warmth or kindness. We found two roaches in our hotel room. Unfortunately only got a picture of one. Free shuttle to and from beach was late picking me up twice. Horrible experience

Jayda, the front office representative was awesome and helpful and deserves a promotion! Besides the very uncomfortable

Pros: Being able to walk out patio door and be at poolside.

Cons: Hot tub poolside was not working. They kept promising it would be fixed, but that never happened. The room had no jets in the tub, so we couldnt relax that way either.

Very nice on the surface, but the utility of the apartment left much to be improved upon.

Pros: No breakfast was provided. The pool area was beautiful and the gym was good.

Cons: kitchen implements need improvement. The chef knives need sharpening. Pots and pans were inadequate, and dishes were inadequate for 4 adults.

DONT BOOK A STUDIO IN ATRIUM!!!!

Cons: DONT BOOK A STUDIO IN ATRIUM!!!! When you rent the studio in this structure it says without a view. According to them, this justifies the fact of renting a room where the windows are inside the building with a view of the lift and without light throughout the day. Inside the room there is no air exchange seen and considering that the windows are in an internal courtyard. The beach where there should be sunbeds and umbrellas (not always presents) is currently in front of a construction site.

Pros: Quiet and the grounds are kept clean. Property is in Leeward so you need to rent bicycles or a vehicle if you plan to get around the island. Not far from Grace Bay or Blue Haben Marina. Great value

Cons: Theres not a restaurant or bar on the property.
