Cons: my shower didnt have the waterfall head, its in the picture, it has a bit for it in the shower, when I went to reception to ask for it, they said it shouldnt be there, meaning the shower just had a tiny bit that I was taller than (Im 57) so I couldnt even shower or wash my hair

Stunning little gem.

Pros: This hotel blew my mind. After touring all over Vietnam and many different hotel stays, this one is head and shoulders above the rest (on this budget). The staff are amazing, the decor is amazing and the bed was amazing comfortable. The room has everything we needed. I wish we had found this hotel sooner.

Cons: The biggest issue by far was that there is a bar of some description on the floor above us. Unfortunately the noise from the bar (music, chairs being moved, walking) kept me awake at night. Luckily it stopped some time between midnight and 1am I think. If it wasnt for this the hotel would be a 9 from me. I had to score it lower because basic leave and quiet is a must for all hotels. Also of note, the safe in the room was broken as was the cable TV. We only stayed for one night so not a big issue for us.

Looks good on the outside. But lacking in terms of the most basic service of providing a clean room.

Pros: Most of the reception staff were quick to respond and were helpful in resolving situations. The design concept of the hotel is good. It is also convenient and very close to the airport and city center.

Cons: It is not certain if this is due to the difference in hotel management practice in Vietnam but it was shocking to find that the daily new towels were placed on top of the suitcase which is not clean. The new towels should have been placed in the bathroom rack instead. It is also noted that the bathroom rug were not replaced with new ones and just placed on the rung under the sink. Black marks were clearly visible on the bathroom rug, indicating that it was the same used rug as the previous day. Throughout the long stay of over a week, there has been zero replacement of new bed sheets or pillow cases with the exception of one day where a note was left behind explicitly indicating that sheets were to be replaced. This is unacceptable practice as the room should be cleaned daily, as if the room was only booked for one night, by several different guests, the room items should have been clean every single day. Why is this different when the room is booked for multiple nights? There was even one night when the room has not even been cleaned but it was clear that someone has entered the room because the Do Not Disturb sign was found inside the room but everything else untouched.

Sunday to Thursday, great value for money, room was comfortable enough, far from hustle and bustle of district 1

Pros: The entrance to the property looked like the pictures shown on the website-the rest did not.

Cons: The hotel has seen better days!! Everything was worn and old, from the tiles in the foyer to the furniture in the room. The bathroom was very tired and could do with renovating-could well have been mould on the walls but hard to tell because the grout was so discoloured. While the room did have a Safe,it wasnt attached to the wall, so you could have picked it up and walked out of the room. Room only had a small window with bars so not much light.
