    Wonderful

    Very confortable htel near the sea

    Pros: - very confortable htel - continental breakfast very nice - no parking but easy to park in the streets around - very nice staff - clean
    Cons: - pool a bit dirty and small - can picafort is great to visit the other cities around as there is not much to do there except beach and relax

    Great hotel, would gladly stay here again

    Pros: Great location, food and very friendly staff! We especially loved our chef J. Del Paso, who cooked great fresh meat & fish for us every day and was super friendly
    Cons: There was an unpleasant unfresh smell in the bathroom coming from the ventilation system. Unfortunately, it has affected our comfort :(( Also, the Wi-Fi is extremely unreliable.

    The issues we encountered at the hotel were address immediately.

    Pros: The restaurant food made up for the dissatisfaction in other areas such as the pool, waiting time at bar, and lack of general maintenance.
    Cons: The pool looked dirty but on closer inspection it was the tiles & grouting that needed some maintenance.

    Okay for a short, cheap stay

    Pros: Nice pool and breakfast area. The beds were comfortable.
    Cons: We arrived on the first day that the hotel opened for the season and there seemed to be an issue with their check in system. We had to wait 40 minutes to be checked in. This would have been fine if we had been offered an apology and explanation for the wait. One staff member barely mumbled sorry when we final got seen to! we were not impressed. We also did not sleep well as the air conditioning unit was very loud and the walls were paper thin.
