    pleasant but certainly not up to my expectations of it

    Pros: spacious room and bathroom, breakfast was good
    Cons: staff didnt smile or seemed particularly keen to help the spa was not what I was expecting There was one huge room with three separate pools' the jacuzzi was so busy I couldnt get in there it was all too noisy far too many people not the relaxing soothing experience I was hoping for There's no sauna or steam rooms in that space either I could see why they didn't charge extra for it but included in the room price and also why there is no time restriction very disappointed I was also disappointed that the bar was closed on Christmas Day evening When I arrived I was hoping to be able to sit in the bar and enjoy a drink

    Disappointing Christmas stay. We left a day early as no where to eat

    Pros: Room was very good. Lovely Xmas decorations. Spa very nice
    Cons: No food available Monday to Friday except breakfast throughout the year except high season. No restaurants nearby therefore needing to drive. No music or entertainment over the Christmas period. No snacks available. No atmosphere. Not to the standard of a 4 star hotel therefore.

    Pros: The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the salt water swimming pool and water jets. The evening buffet was varied and good quality. Because the price of dinner included wine, it was very good value.
    Cons: The lights in the restaurant were a bit bright making it feel a little like a school canteen!

    Pity that customer service is not a high priority in this hotel, thalassotherapy pools were great.

    Pros: The thalassotherapy pools and marine circuits were great. Temperature of the water was incredibly relaxing and a great experience. The bed and room was comfortable.
    Cons: On arrival, I was told that there was no restaurant open onsite except for breakfast (which was only warm at best, reasonable selection). This meant that the only option was to leave the hotel after dark and venture out alone to get food. Although there were restaurants within about 8 minutes from the hotel, this meant wallking along empty roads alongside parks at the back of the hotel. When I asked the receptionist about a specific restaurant to see if it was open, she told me to check google. The hotel bar had no-one behind it most of the time and to get a drink I had to ask the receptionist to get a staff member. I then could not pay at the bar and had to go back to reception to pay. Cocktails not available during the day.

    Pros: Great location, good choice at breakfast
    Cons: Reception lady , upon arrival, allocated a room on the internal corners that was not private or secure from next door, I returned to reception, asked for another room, then she gave me the exact same corner room 2 floors down that I specifically said I did not want. 2nd time I returned to the reception, I asked for the Manager who dealt with the problem immediately and upgraded us.
