Pros: From start to finish this hotel was fantastic. A big shout out to Marcelo who made our stay exceptional and nothing was to much trouble. He went to a great effort as well to arrange a lovely birthday cake for my daughter. A big big thank you. We will return and tell all our friends about your lovely hotel

Cons: The rooms were too hot and the wall temperature unit did not lower the temperature at all. Constant construction jackhammering/metal banging noises made the hotel room uninhabitable until ~8pm when they stopped each day for the entire weekend. There was a faint smell of sewage from the hot tub/water in the room.

I recommend this hotel in Cusco.

Pros: Location and service was great. The staff was ver inviting and helpful. 5 minute walk to train/bus station. Short walk to Plaza and restaurants and shopping. Food was good. Had breakfast there. They also provided shuttle service from airport and arranged taxi back to airport. Massage in hotel was awesome. Room was well equipped and clean. Recleaned when asked. Warm water.

Cons: Windows from my room opened to courtyard/dining room so it was sometimes noisy. Orherwise quiet. However better than hearing traffic noise and barking dogs,etc.

There are better hotels hotels in Cusco - don't stay.

Cons: Traveling with a friend, I had made sure to book a room with twin beds. Unfortunately, no such room was available when we arrived late at the hotel. Instead of helping us find a solution (like providing separate sheets), the receptionist got all defensive telling us that they couldn't find this very important detail in our reservation. It took us another half hour at least until we were finally able to receive additional sheets. The room was also warm, there was no air conditioning, the lights in the bathroom were bright white LEDs hurting our eyes. The breakfast the next morning was very simple with limited choice. There are many many better options in Cusco to choose from if you want something better priced, in a better area, more modern and especially with better bed options.

We had a reservation trouble between Booking and the Hotel but they found us a solution with their partner just in front

Pros: The location was great- right in the center of the city, but far enough away from the main square to be quiet at night. The hotel itself was lovely, especially if you ask for a room with a window. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we loved the free breakfasts in the morning.

Cons: The bathroom was on the smaller side, with pretty weak water pressure.
