Pros: Nice spa available and is included in the costs. Plenty of available parking. The hotel is close to the villa. Hotel rooms are very spacious. Hotel staff was friendly.

Cons: To access the spa you have to go from the hotel room floor with your bathing suit on to the bottom spa floor, almost having to go through the reception and having to go by the breakfast/restaurant room (if your room is on the reception floor) and the hotel doesn't provide robes. Wifi and cellular reception is very limited and sometimes non existent. Water at the spa was somewhat cold.

it was a nice time during rainy winter days for relaxing and recharging our energies

Pros: Good spa center, required booking during our visit, but very easy to make and use. Nice water temperature in the pool and in jakuzzi. Nice view and surroudings.

Pros: Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is fine. Good location. Nice views, though it's odd the room balconies don't face the best view!

Cons: Hotel is in serious need of a major refurbishment: stained carpets, moldy bits around the bathroom door, cracked door glass in restaurant, saw bugs in my room. This is such a lovely hotel in a way and I'm sure it was amazing in its day, but it really needs refurbishment. Bath wasn't clean. I didn't use the spa as it didn't seem pleasant.

Cons: What could be better were the drinks such vinho verde. They weren't fresh enough due to a technical failure in the fridge.

Pros: Availability and sympathy of the staff.

Cons: General maintance of the facilities. We had to chance room since air conditioner was not operational and sanitary water discharge overflowed. The shower basin of the 2nd room also overflowed due to poor waste water discharge. Bathroom lightening very poor. Dificult to shave or apply any facial treatment. Lightening control system a nightmare ! Why not keep things simple !?

Pros: friendly staff, mountain location with views.

Cons: expected relaxing stay at a spa hotel, which was not possible because of the high number of small children dominating the pool and shouting from their rooms below to family members in the pool. unable to use pool as a result. rooms tired and white carpet grubby. mould on bathroom sink. Coffee pods in room not replenished after first day. Changed flights and left two days early at own cost, as it was a bit depressing.
