    Probably the best combination of...

    Pros: The location was prime, making it easy to get to any of the main sightseeing spots in Sydney if you're willing to walk a little (it's right in Chinatown, so 5~10 mins to Darling Harbor, 20-25 mins to Circular Quay). The staff was generally kind and helpful, though. There were also power outlets available for each bed, and having private shower rooms was nice. The room and overall facilities are also generally pretty clean (but you should still bring flipflops for the shower at least if you worry about hygiene like me). There were also apparently nighly activities (depending on the day of the week). I only stayed for one night so couldn't participate, but I think it's a nice touch.
    Cons: I was a bit confused when I first arrived on how to get in, and there was no staff inside. But they showed up after waiting 5 mins. Also, this might just be the shower room I chose, but it was very tight and had one of those ceiling showerheads, making showering a bit more difficult (not to mention that the completely empty but huge shower rack on the inside of the door made it even harder to move around). Lastly, the windows in the room could not be completely closed, making the room extremely cold at night (I visited in late March, so it was quite chilly). But overall, mostly minor issues.
