Good family stay

Pros: The property was well maintained and clean as per its age. It was great for our purpose.

Cons: Perhaps a few extra kitchen items could have been provided, e.g. we were 5 people and not enough coffee, milk was provided.

Perfect for a large family & the facilities were good.

Pros: Loved the location, it was great that it was close to the light rail. The spa and pool were enjoyable.

Cons: Not so keen on the stairs, I will pack a little lighter on our next stay

Pros: The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The pool was amazing and very well looked after. The room and balcony was nice with a beautiful view of the pool and well kept gardens.

AMAZING

Pros: Absolutely amazing place to stay. Felt like a home away from home I highly recommend for your next holiday. Central location only a 5 minute walk to the beach or to the tram. The staff are lovely as well very friendly and welcoming we will definitely be back for another family holiday. There is a pub on the corner which is amazing also food is a 10/10 only a 1 minute walk from the apartment.

Overpriced and not worth what I paid

Cons: How the owner threatened my father that he was a hanging judge in South Africa and hes the owner and can do what he wants , how he double standards for guests , over priced with hidden costs , said I payed for a 6 guest apartment when I actually paid for a 8 guest apartment and proved it to him he still said I was wrong and that hes the owner , over charges for his bonds , doesnt give more towels upon request , the room I was in had no air conditioning most electronics were broken or glitchy , both tvs were unwatchable due to the screen being discolored and over saturated tried fixing and nothing changed leds are most likely broken, wifi was limited you have a certain amount of data , would not recommend for families was a very uncomfortable stay for me and my family , booking cost $1300 aud hidden costs + Bond $600

Pros: The place was great. The staff were all lovely and accomodating. It was clean and tidy, the apartment was spacious and accommodated all 6 of us without any issue. It was quiet here and seemed very private with the way the trees and plants surrounded the place which was a plus for me. It was comfortable and overall an amazing apartment to stay in! It was within walking distance to the beach and tram, and about 25 mins walk from surfers paradise which was great to walk along the beach, makes the walk not feel as long. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again in the future! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Cons: Honestly there was nothing we didnt like, the only comment I could make is that we were told after 7 days wed get fresh sheets, towels etc. but never did. Although Im sure just talking to them in the office wouldve fixed that so I dont really fault them on that.

Pros: Fantastic location, wonderful customer service, great facilities, good size apartment, very spacious.

Cons: Due to the aircon mould visible on ceilings.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Pros: My family LOVED our 9 day stay at Surfers Beach! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, kitchen, laundry facilities etc, we all LOVED the pool we were in it every chance we got - early swim and a late swim. Great air con and fans. Terrific location, 5 mins walk to the beach and to the tram, which would take us anywhere we wanted to go. Loved the deck with great furniture. Highly recommend to anyone with a family wanting to stay on the GC, hope to be back one day. Thankyou!!

Cons: Everything was perfect our apartment wasn't serviced during our 9 days, which was disappointing. Some clean towels, and a quick scrub down of toilets etc would've been appreciated, but we still loved staying here.

Clean, spacious and peaceful place to relax and have fun.

Pros: The manager was so lovely, helpful and friendly. We loved the pool. It was very deep and cleaned everyday. The apartment was very roomy and looked like it had just been renovated. Plenty of space for our family of 7. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the bowls club and the beach. Was very quiet and not much traffic noise. We all look forward to staying again.

Poor

Pros: Location was good, Pool was clean but Bed was stinky.

Cons: Bathroom door was not closing properly, required lots of effort to open or close. Staff was very rude to talk, Hard to find anyone if you need any assistance. Every single thing you need to pack if you wish to stay here, like toilet tissue, aluminium foil or even batteries for remote as everything they provide are just enough to see the bottom part of it. Except master bedroom, all other bedroom had sensor light which keep on turning on with little movement.

Stay away from this place you would be better sleeping on the beach

Cons: Check in process- was informed the day before we need to be there between 930 and 1130 to be able to pay the $400 deposit we which had to be paid via the efpost not over the phone which we arrived thinking we would have early access to the apartment which we didnt. Apon arriving for this transaction we were greeted with an absurd amount of rules and things we couldnt do. We were also informed that we shouldnt have been booked for only 1 night - you are happy to take my money though ! - took far to long for our deposit to come back to our account
