    Cons: Booking sent me on a wild goose chase looking for the property with the wrong address which sends you miles down the road then I called the hotel and was told to go to a fitness center only to find out there is 2 of them so I wind up paying for tolls 2-3 times because of the back and forth

    It was a good stay....

    Pros: The property was kept in good shape. Clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel manager was great.beds were good. The hallways were very clean.
    Cons: The location is not great. Hardly anything around. A drive is required to find any shopping or eating of any kind. The breakfast was not good. the curtains need to be longer to keep out light. The coffee was bad. It always tasted burnt and nasty. This hotel has the potential to be very good if some effort was taken for the details that make a hotel exceptional.

    All in all it was...

    Pros: It was clean and cozy. Front Desk was always so friendly and helpful. Free breakfast. Easy to find location. Lots of parking. Water pressure was great and water got really warm. Staff was very attentive.
    Cons: No breakfast sandwiches laid out, would have to ask for them. No microwave in room, no water in vending machine, ac didn’t cool as it should. Ex: set to 60° and it was still not cold enough. Air Felt warm to touch, didn’t like the back door wasn’t locked and it didn’t require a room key to get in even though there was a sign that indicated a key was needed to enter. Right off the highway so it got a little noisy at night with the trucks and cars driving by. Could hear other guest in their rooms, ex: walking around, closing/opening doors. Drain cover wasn’t secured, could just take off without effort

    Pros: Not much of a breakfast.
    Cons: Stayed there 2 times and paid $200.00 security depot. After a month did not receive my security deposit back. Will not stay there again

    Comfortable rooms, hotel rather far...

    Pros: Comfortable room, good facilities.
    Cons: Very poor breakfast. Hotel specifically advertised EV charger but hadn't actually installed one, which was a real problem since the rental car company had forced us to take an electric vehicle and charging it en route was exceptionally difficult. Location well outside Poughkeepsie, on the other side of a toll bridge, meant long (and costly) trips to find food. No restaurants or cafes close to hotel.
