Cons: I ended up leaving early and asked if the 4 days of my pet fee could be refunded to me (which I paid directly to them on arrival) They gave me an email to request this to. I followed up twice to this email and they never responded. I would have at least appreciated an answer, even if it was reasoning for why the fee couldn’t be refunded.

Pros: The location is 2 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown, and 10 minutes away from sea world.

Cons: Honestly, the sheets had a small burn hole, and the drapes had a large melted spot. I booked an ADA room with a king size bed. What I got was literally the tiniest room in the entire property with either a full xl or standard queen bed. When I tried to confirm my booking a week out from my stay, the phone number was forwarded to someone's cell phone that they never actually awnsered. I kept looking up different possible phone numbers for the property (through various 3rd party booking companies) and the only phone number that was actually awnsered belonged to their corporate office. The gentleman I spoke to begrudgingly confirmed the date of my stay. When I asked if my room was ADA compliant he stated that it was a standard room as their possible ADA rooms were already booked (despite me making the reservation a month before my stay). My disability makes stairs difficult for me on a good day so I asked if they could at least put me in a room on the first floor. So I guess that's probably why I got the smallest room despite paying additional for a larger room with a larger bed and a bathtub. Well, I did have a bathtub but it's was rigged so that it couldn't be filled. So when I had to bathe myself it was by taking a shower - the whole time being fearful that my legs would give out causing a fall. Thankfully I didn't fall. So those were the negatives.... now on to the positives. The property is in the perfect location, and it actually quite cute! Despite the hiccups, when we arrived the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The property was modern, stylish, and clean in a safe area. I'll definitely be booking again, but next time I'll be book8ng with the property directly and requesting a specific room number, so that I'm not paying extra for the smallest room. Again, it was a good visit overall and the positives definitely out weighed the negatives.

Pros: The manager of the hotel was super nice, helpful, and very accommodating!

Cons: My room smelled HORRIBLY of cigarette smoke. The smell was imbedded in the walls and fabrics and the AC filter. It made me so nauseous my entire stay. It was supposed to be a non smoking property but it's clear it's been lived in and smoked in. There were no other available rooms so unfortunately I had to stay in there. It was such an obvious smell and I wish the property had just owned up to the smell and either labeled it a smoking room, or redo it so it's not smoking. In addition the door didn't seal well and people would smoke outside but just in front of their rooms so I couldn't open the window either to air it out. The bus access was just across the street okay but only came once an hour and stopped early in the day. Also since it was so close to the airport, Ubers kept canceling for such short rides to the trolley station.

Hard to resolve issues as...

Pros: The cleaning staff was nice enough to try to help me out resolve the shower that didn't seem to work. They couldn't get me in touch with the host though, then I'd had to wait until 10AM but I didn't have the time for that as I was having an appointment elsewhere.

Cons: The room smelled like tobacco, the walls/ roof are so thin I could overhear all conversations above and at reception. The sink was leaking (host came to resolve this by putting a towel under...), I couldn't get the shower to work the next morning.

Pros: The staff was very kind and made checking in super easy, location was good too right across a good coffee spot and close to alot.

Cons: The bedroom felt stuffy as if there was no air circulating moist out. The AC seemed to throw chunks of what looked like dirt out at some points and there was no full length mirror which is very much needed on a trip.
