Pros: A nice, cozy hotel in a great location if you want the village.

Cons: Room (and hotel in general) was too warm. When put the aircon on it was so loud we turned it back off.

A perfect place for a cosy getaway in Whistler!

Pros: It's a very nice and modern hotel in the center of Whistler. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are cosy and very well cleaned up. It's was great to relax in the heated pool and the hot tub after a day in the mountains.

Cons: The breakfast to go, which you can order, was not our style. But there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. The sauna heats up to a maximum of just 85 degrees Celsius (185 degrees Fahrenheit). For me, that's too low.

Pros: We really enjoy the Location as it is easy to access shops, restaurants and walking trails or other entertainment. The walk to / from the lift in snowboard boots is fine, but when shuttle is running that is a helpful option to have. The ski storage with knowledgeable staff to tune our boards as needed is a great bonus. When contacted reception to report a couple of issues with the room the team were really quick to respond and resolve. The rooms are well decorated and appointed to make the most of the space available.

Cons: We have been visiting the Summit Lodge for 10 years, in that time we have sadly seen our experience diminish. So this is a view against what was an exceptionally high standard. It is not bad, it is just not as good as it was. Overall the ambience is not as warm and friendly as it was, staff are efficient, but we didnt feel as warmly welcomed. There are no longer hot drinks or regular apres welcome. The washing and drying options, whilst now free, have reduced to one washer and one dryer, which meant waiting in the laundry room for other guests laundry to finish to get a slot. Housekeeping on this occasion was not as high as standard as we would expect and have previously experienced. One day it appears they had left half way through (bins not emptied, towels not replaced), our shower gel ran out and we didnt get it topped up (we just used soap as pretty sure it is the same), floor didnt always feel like it had been vacuumed, there was dust settled on surfaces over course of 10 days. The shuttle service didnt always run, although I believe it is possible to get the number 4 bus back to near hotel we just walked.

Great room super cozy

Pros: Really well equipped kitchenette and they really put in a lot of effort to make sure your puppy is welcome. Really well played out room with lots of amenities. The Malkin and Goetz products are so nice.

Pros: The room was very nice. Iryna the room cleaner from Ukraine was very interesting to talk with.

Pros: The lodge was extremely well maintained, staff were very helpful, and the room was extremely clean, comfortable and practical for eating in our if wanting to simply relax and dine out. Fire place was cozy, seprate bedroom from living room/kitchen, etc.

Cons: lodge is a good walk to ski lifts, however, free hotel shuttle was on hand to take you to foot of ski lift, which was great!!
