Pros: Really central location, very friendly staff who would give you extra towels if you needed them, great outdoor space to sit and chill out

Cons: Needs a deep clean, I spent the first hour giving the kitchen and dishes a clean. The apartment could also use a repaint and new flooring all of which wouldn’t be expensive. There were insects under the sink and had I been staying for more than a few days I would be have changed hotel

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. We arrived early not expecting to be able to checkin but they let us straight in. Really close to South Beach and shops and restaurants. The room was spacious. We were able to leave our luggage here after checking out as our flight wasn't until later.

Cons: If I had to say anything then the bathroom was a little tired and could do with some TLC.

Repeat guests!!

Pros: We are repeat guests as the hotel covers everything we need, close to bars, shops, restaurants etc, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities not found everywhere like an iron and ironing board, safe and mugs!! Love mugs for a proper drink and not the fiddly little cups in most places.

Cons: Just an extra towel or two, I have long hair and have to wait for hubby to have his shower so I can pinch his towel, suppose I could have asked for another but never thought about it until getting into the shower. Certainly not a show stopper.

Cons: Family member requested room on the lower level prior to arrival for me due to I walk with a cane. Upon arrival I was placed on the upper level and was told no vacancy was available. Very intense managing the stairs for a senior.

Pros: Location as excellent and the staff helpful. Main room was perfect , very large screen TV with amazing picture large fridge freezer modern décor. Ideal for beech visit and free trolley bus around the corner on Washington and 13th street that takes you all over south and north beech

Cons: Air con was loud and pointed at the bed which made it difficult to cool the room without the person sleeping near the aircon freezing and sleeping due to noise level
