Everything was a dream come true! Specially our waitor Vasilis who made our stay unfogettable!!

Pros: The position of the hotel! It is just a dream that view every day, simply makes your day wonderful!

Cons: Only minus would be lack of storage areas! Women like to travel with lots of clothes. So more hangers or perhaps another shelf in the wardrobe would be handy

Pros: Location and pool area are stunning, staff is great.

Cons: Room was very noisy, being below the bar we heard way too much noise for the price. The pool water was ice cold Unfortunately, rude guests talking loudly and parading in front of everyone at the pool ruined an otherwise very nice time.

Pros: The view from the pool and outside restaurant/bar was stunning and the staff were all friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. The location very convenient for the Ferry port.

Cons: The music played in the restaurant and pool area was incredibly loud and monotonous (pop cover tracks no originals so it all sounded the same and was far too loud). The room we stayed in had a loud whistling sound of the wind blowing against the closed window. Bedrooms quite small.

Pros: Amazing place, absolutely loved it. Although its not Oia, I would argue that its an even better view, and I dont think youre going to find a cheaper place with an infinity pool. The pool was amazing and plenty of daybeds available with drinks service. The staff were all very friend and helpful. Its conveniently located close to the port if youre coming via ferry, the pick up was easy to arrange. It was also easy to have a quad bike delivered to the hotel for us for further exploration. It only took us about 30 mins to get to Oia from the hotel via quad bike. The room was beautiful and worth every dollar.

Cons: My only down point was that the shower unit was loose on the wall and would lose water pressure. It was a bit annoying seeing it was the premium suite

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating ..The view from the pool area is stunning.

Cons: Our room (403) was a little small for 3 people and we had a limited view of the caldera. Our balcony was also tiny and you couldn't really fit in the chairs as they are hard up against the wall on either side so sitting on our balcony and enjoying our limited view wasn't really an option. While I appreciate the establishment has to " put their best foot forward." as far as advertising goes, the photos were very misleading..At 350 euro a night I would also expect the room to have an iron so that we could iron our clothes..

Pros: The view from the bar area was outstanding. The staff were helpful.

Cons: The hotel was run down. It is a long way from anything. Yes there is a shuttle but it was quite expensive. It was understaffed. Breakfast was very basic and they often ran out of food and were too busy to refill the food trays. Our room was not serviced until we asked at reception to have this done early evening. We paid for a 5 star hotel but it should be rated 3 except for the view and pool which were amazing.

Amazing Hotel Great Staff.

Pros: Pretty much everything,you are welcomed with a tour of the hotel which is handy as it is crazy with all the areas. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, nothing is too much. The views are spectacular from the sunsets to the cliffs. The sharing fish platter is one of the best I have ever had, amazing The catamaran companies pick up from right at the hotel TOWELS - finally a hotel that provides enough towels, you don't have to beg for a new towel they are there. Excellent stay...

Cons: The massage/ salon area. We had agreed a price for a massage and then they asked how hard you would like the massage, I said gentle and my fiance wanted less gentle. They charged 20 extra for the less gentle but didn't tell us until afterwards. Also the hair style menu said prices from 25 euros, yet a simple wash and dry was 40! So no idea what would be for 25. Seems they want to charge as much as they can for everything and hit you with hidden bills That left such a bitter taste on day one we didn't go back as we were going to and warned the other guests we spoke to. I would avoid this area.

Cons: The first room (Presidential Suit) we stayed in wasnt very clean, at 537 per night I really expect more. The Instagram posers around the pool (including wifey)

Poorly maintained hotel to avoid - the service and rooms do not live up to the advertment.

Pros: The shuttle service was good. Relatively expensive but cheaper than the other options on the island.

Cons: Aircon didnt work in the most expensive suite they had. We has chosen it as a honeymoon finale to our European holiday which had been delayed during COVID. So this was mean to be a treat. When I complained minimal help was initially given. Finally they moved us to a less expensive room with good aircon. In both rooms the hot water didn't work. Numerous complaints achieved no outcome so we went 3 days without hot water. The second room we were moved to had a leaking sink which they did fix. The whole venue has a feeling that it was once a very good resort, but that the current owner does not invest time in maintaining standards. Even the staff admitted they had suggested the air conditioning needed replacing but to date the owner has taken no action. Yet this was not advised and it was a very expensive room. When requesting a refund we were given a voucher that in turn was a major hassle. Every time we tried to use it the staff didnt know what to do and we had to wait whilst they got help knowing whether they could accept it or not. Finally, as were leaving at 4am on the final morning we went to HUGE lengths to request a take away breakfast. This was promised but never arrived. We did get a knock on the door at 11pm delivering a box for 1 person. The contents were a disgrace given the cost we had paid for the actual breakfast. We could have just helped ourselves the day before. Instead we were given 4 slices of bread with 2 slices of cheese and a piece of fruit. At every level this was a disappointment.

Cons: I booked a presidential suite with private pool and they tried to update my room for better but it wasnt comfortable at all, was hot with an indoor pool, so i insisted for my booked suite and they gave it to us and also I wonder why did they do this trouble(change) to me

Best hotel for couples in santorini

Pros: From the moment we arrived me and my partner loved the vibe and atmosphere there. Our room wasn't ready so they let us use the gym and pool area while we waited. After some time our room wasn't ready and they quickly upgraded us to the God suite for the night which was amazing. The view from the resutraunt and food was amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a memorable on and I can't recommend this hotel enough. It is far away from all the populated areas and just relaxing.we also booked massages rhere and you definelty need to try this while your there.

Cons: Having to leave. My onky regret is not booking a longer stay
