    Cons: Trying to secure a refund or at the minimum a partial refund. We were supposed to be able to check in at 3:00pm when we arrived at 4:30 we were told an hour to an hour and half. 6pm still no room....7pm nope no room I had my two young sons with me and what were we to do no options were given nothing, it was almost 8pm before we were offered a room and only because the person who was next in the waiting "line" wasn't there so we were given that room. Absolutely horrid

    Pros: Stayed here due to having a full kitchen setup Sink, fridge, dishwasher..ect
    Cons: The reason for choosing this place for the kitchen setup didnt matter. Refridgerator buzzed louder then the TV. But it didnt matter, after we checked in we had a note slid under the door that there would be a power outage all night. So all the food in the fridge was warm in the morning.

    Pros: .
    Cons: Booking.com should improve their reputation. Hotel cancelled this reservation without prior notification. I have to wait at reception for 1 hour and then the person at the reception told us that my reservation through 3rd party i.e. Booking.com is cancelled.
