Pros: Breakfast

Cons: I have been there before and found it different, bad smell on stairwells. Also last night there so much noise of teenagers-running and screaming on the 2nd floor. It was late at night and no one from the staff bothered to check and tell them this is not permitted

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge Chicago, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that exceeded all expectations. First and foremost, I want to commend the exceptional management at this establishment. Under the guidance of the incredible manager, Matt, every aspect of the hotel operates with seamless efficiency and genuine care for the guests. Matt sets a standard of excellence that is truly commendable. His dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of every guest is evident in every interaction and detail throughout the hotel. Furthermore, Matt is incredibly attentive to the needs and preferences of guests. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every request is promptly addressed and every concern is swiftly resolved. It has been more than what I expected, but definitely what I need. His proactive approach to customer service is truly commendable and sets a new standard for excellence in the industry. (I overheard guests and others say the same!) In addition to the exceptional management, the hotel itself is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The beds are comfy, and the showers are awesome, especially with the great moisturizing creams! The amenities are plentiful, and every detail is thoughtfully curated to enhance the guest experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff are on-point! They are such helpful and sweet people. Additionally, the front desk staff makes me feel comfortable all the time. Overall, my stay at Staybridge Chicago was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks in large part to the outstanding management by Matt. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you again and again, Matt for your exceptional leadership and for making my stay truly memorable!

Great hotel! great value!

Pros: The room was spacious and clean! Perfect price and the free breakfast was incredible. Hands down best breakfast ive ever had at a hotel establishment! Did not use the pool and other facilities, but had we had more time would have enjoyed all the amenities hotel offered.

Pros: Place is alittle outdated comparing to newer hotels but it will suffice if you’re not picky. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

Pros: Very nice room with an extremely comfortable bed and fantastic pillows!!

Cons: The room was very noisy, plus across the hall occupants had a dog that barked on and off all night. Very restless night.

Great hotel, that strives for...

Pros: Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable. The lounge/breakfast room is really comfortable and welcoming. The pool is a great facility also. The cleaners are also excellent in their work.

Cons: Dropping the heat by a few degrees as standard would be helpful. . The breakfast could do with more fresh fruit and less processed food.

Pros: Breakfast was fabulous, lots of variety. The room had many places to sit and was very comfortable and clean. Several things to choose from for microwaveable dinners as well. Staff was exceptionally accommodating.
