    Cons: Staff did not clean the room without multiple requests. When they did clean they didn't provide new towels. The bed was extremely hard and had divits on one side. The room had the most uncomfortable sofa that we have ever sat on. Breakfast sucked.

    Cons: My room was a very odd shape, with no way to see the TV well from the couch. The walk-in closet was large but dark. The sign said if room cleaning wanted, just remove tag from doorknob. I did...but no room cleaning. The pool was very tiny.

    Pros: They charge me for a room that I didnt stay at and when I proceeded to try and tell them and explain which they then cancelled but then 4 months later charged my card again so it was charge three time total. Only knew because I seen there name on my bank statement and I got an email as if I stay the night there. Im over it and the staff was rude.

    Pros: I thought the staff was exceptional. The only problem I had was having to go to the desk three times and there was not anyone at the counter. I think a bell, or some type of device to alert staff someone is at the counter needed. Did have a little difficulty with the television as far as how to get to your own account such as on Amazon prime. Loved the design of the rooms.. Could have used more towels.
    Cons: Couldve used more towels. The bare minimum was there so if you washed your hair, you did not have an extra towel to wrap it up in. Clear directions for the television would be helpful such as on a card. Trouble getting to Amazon prime video. We purchased some food at your frozen area. Assuming all foods will be able to microwave because that is the only thing in the room. We paid nine dollars plus tax for a pizza and it was to be air fried. Throw it away and that is a lot of money.
