Pros: Had my family of 5 so we booked the double suite. The couch was wide enough to have a kiddo sleep on the couch and instead of a pullout, it was a trundle. There were enough extra sheets for both the couch and the trundle so that was nice.

Cons: The pool is so small and not the nicest. Max capacity it 13 people. The wheelchair lifts are so rusty and are out of order and just need to be removed until ready to replace. The whirlpool was fine but the jets' timer didn't work.

Pool area is small. Hot tub was not heated while we were there.

Was double charged. Quick 1 night stop a Billings ended up costing me $430 instead of $213.

Pros: Clean room

Cons: They "accidentally" charged me full price at the counter for the room even though I already booked and paid through Booking.com. The front desk realized the mistake but could not fix without the manager who was not on site. I was assured that the manager would fix it the next morning. It has been 6 days and still not refunded. My attempts at emailing the manager have been ghosted.

Cons: We booked this room so our kids could swim for the weekend on our way home from a vacation - the pool was disgusting- the room was gross - there was a used vape on the floor, the bathroom light was burnt out and so much dust!

Pros: Easy access to hotel. Room was clean and comfortable beds.

Cons: The pool room was excessively hot, had to prop open doors and still to hot. Kids even complained pool a little to warm for swimming. The pool water was murky looking however water in hot tub was clear. We complained to management, hopefully they will get it taken care of.

Overall a nice hotel.

Cons: I have been charged 3 times for one single night, my total through booking came to $246.03, I get there and they charged us $270, so I was on the phone with booking all day trying to figure this out because it sounds like a glitch. Its been OVER a week and I get a receipt saying our total was $231.00 where did this number come from? 4 days ago I checked and the pre authorization charges were still there! So I had been charged $246.03 through booking, $270 through the hotel and now another charge for $231.00. All for just sleeping there because these 2 cant communicate. Next day (3days ago) they are gone and Ive only been charged the $246.03. Yesterday Im checking my acct and the $231.00 is BACK!!! This is criminal. Im sooo over this its not even funny! We stayed here only to sleep and hit the road again the next day. We were on a family vacation driving home from Denver. Luckily and I mean this, we had extra money in our acct on our way home, because when we were younger I probably wouldnt have had enough money to get us home after a long vacation especially when booking and this hotel thinks they can just charge us any amount of money when ever they feel like it!! I dont care if its a pre authorization charge, it still comes out of my account and is not useable until its gone, Im done with booking and I will never stay at one of these hotels again in my life! If you dont want to be charged random amounts of money I suggest you get rid of booking and never go to this hotel!

We were very tired and was very well taken care of.

Pros: Everything was great. The bag and attachment was in the blow dryer bag but the dryer was missing. I let the front desk know. I did not check all the drawers so it might have been in the room.

Pros: Nicely remodeled room. Breakfast was standard. Breakfast manager was exceptional, went above and beyond for the guests just in the short amount of time that my family was down in the breakfast area.

Cons: Pool and hot tub was dark and dingy. Workout area was very basic but everything was broken, no water in the dispenser, the only 25lbs and up for dumbbells. Room was a smaller one than we've had in the past and definitely not for the price and star rating.
