Pros: The staff was so nice and the rooms were big and the bed comfortable. The view was real good from the room. The cleaning staff was real professional and keeps us happy. The lobby staff was so nice and the breakfast really good

Pros: Breakfast overall was as to be expected good, the staff friendly. It is clean

Cons: The first room assigned to us was a smoker room and we had to ask to give us another one, The smell in the first room was unbearable. The next room we got had 2 beds touching the wall, not really nice. Besides, it was very noisy at night and also during day (I guess due to some work across the road) One day the WC was replaced and the smell of the glue at night was very strong. Besides that we had to ask for room service to clean afterwards, which had not been done. Another important thing was the room temperature. It was set on 24 degrees and we could not reduce it (to sleep, not ideal) Although we asked to fix it, it remained the same the whole stay. Small things which should not happen in a hotel your category. The staff is overworked , maybe you should consider hiring more service personell The Nespresso machines did not work most of the time

Pros: Basically we liked everything about the hotel, when we arrived the girl who welcomed us was very kind and friendly, and all the hotel staff were wonderful, friendly, nice, the breakfast was excellent, the lady Luisa who cleaned the room was nice, kind, helpful, the room was so clean. The Colombian very nice guy works the night shift, and he helped me and my husband solve a problem. Wow, the spa is wonderful. We had a great time. . The hotel supervisor girl gave me a little gift for my birthday, very nice and kind.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the massage section. The guy does it well, but it just doesn't feel aromatic. I think you should improve the massages with aromatic oils to make it more nice.

Pros: The view from the room was amazing outlook of sea! The highlight of my holiday was seeing dolphins from my balcony. The staff were really friendly.

Cons: The spa bath had brown lump bits come out the jets every time I tried to use the bath on 6 different time so could not use the bath as looked gross and a real shame. My room card were very sensitive and kept not working

Hidden extra charges

Pros: Lovely hotel. We stayed in junior suite with whirlpool bath and sea view. Beautiful room. Paid 800 euro for 3 nights for special occasion of my birthday. Staff friendly and obliging. Couldn't dault it... .until we decided to book for the Spa covered pool with bubble area. .......

Cons: ..obviously not made clear on the booking, but very disappointed to hear that we were required to pay 25e each, plus 6e for hat and flip flops for one and half hours max use!! We have used lots of 4 * hotels and NEVER had to pay extra for use of indoor pool. (especially considering the price we paid fir our suite). Very disappointed as refused to be ripped off like that. OK, you pay for heating, lighting, cleaning etc, but so do other hotels without extra charges for their guests, especially in a hotel of this calibre! We live here in Albir, been to many hotels up and down the coast, and thus was a one off. Even a 3* hotel in Denia gave clients use of a indoor hosted pool with jacuzzi...and free hats etc. We are quite happy to pay value for money hols, as with the 800e for 3 nights, but on principal would not return here.because of this unnecessary addition.

Wonderful stay at this haven

Pros: The property was perfectly located on the beachfront but also very close to a range of good bars & restaurants. The staff were fantastic and very friendly & accommodating. We loved the spa circuit which was only 25euros the day you check in and could be booked over the course of the stay. The bar has a fantastic view of the sea and part of Alicante.

Simply the best located hotel in Alicante!

Pros: We enjoyed our breakfasts in a room with panoramic views of the sea front. During our stay breakfast was upgraded with a salad bar and fresh orange juice. Our room was clean and airy with a huge bed and a quality TV. Service at reception was fast and efficient.

Cons: Our shower was a little shabby with a broken and stained shower tray. We used the lovely pool area on level 1 twice but then realised it was designated for superior room guests only. The bar/ restaurant area felt uncomfortable and service was poor.

Pros: The property was in a perfect position, it was welcoming, relaxing and friendly.

Cons: The only issue I had was the swimming pool. It is situated in a shady spot and therefore, was not inviting.
