Great Holiday In A Safe Environment

Pros: The location was ideal for us as all we needed was near us ,pool was very good .Room was big enough and very clean, staff were friendly ,didnt try the food as we just ate out .

Pros: Location was nice, pool looked lovely, sound from the pool didnt travel to our room (134)

Cons: We requested a twin configuration which was ignored. It ended up in us checking in, checking out and changing rooms unnecessarily. It also wouldve been nice to have an option for Brekky to be included in the price for accomm when it was offered at an additional 10 on site.

All in all its not worth the money we payed.

Pros: The location is great and the view from balcony was plesant.

Cons: No towels for the pool. And pool is closing so early and opens nearly check-out time. :( We order double room (as friends), had to share one sheet, there wasnt another. The water from the shower was very slow, i think something wrong. The window in the bathroom was broken and you could not close/open. There was a lot of noise at night: music, people (seems like walls made from paper). Couldnt sleep properly. The beds not so comfy. It was strange to find house keepers wet towels hanging near our new towels.

Pros: Location is excellent easy to access beach,bars, restaurants and shops we didnt eat at the property we had room only facilities in the room were good if you wanted to cater for yourself. Most days you can get a sun bed overall excellent.

Cons: People putting towels on sun beds without using them for several hours. Parking can be difficult at times

Pros: The location was really good.

Cons: There are not enough sunbeds for all the apartments, we had to go earlier and earlier everyday to try and secure one. There were 4 adults and two children in our group and we were lucky to get two beds everyday. The restaurant and pool bar close at 4pm everyday too.

Cons: the stairs in family suite are dangerously narrow at the bottom I fell over injuring 3 toes and found there is no hand rails out side and around pool area to help you if you are struggling to walk through an injury

Pros: The location, the two floor superior apartment

Cons: The breakfast, plates and glasses not clean at all! The staff in the morning by the breakfast area literally grabbing your plate away while you are still eating no smile no kindness the management needs to improve.
