Pros: I was celebrating my Bday in Vienna and I had chosen the hotel as accommodation. The hotel is located in one of the best spots in an old town. Plus, the hotel attracted us with minimalistic rooms interior. I was staying there with my best friend. We would like to thank the hotel and specially we want to highlight Thomas for his excellent work, service, hospitality and professionalism. Thank you SO/ Vienna and Thomas

Very Good

Very good but wish I had dinner so my friends can taste how good the meals are.

Pros: Ive always stayed with Sofitel because of the comfortable environment and you can have your meals entertainment and fitness all in one place. Unfortunately this time all three nights we wouldnt have a table for dinner It will be nice if residents are given priority. Thank you

Cons: I was given an upgrade which was shower only which I dont like I always want a bath in my room so I didnt accept the upgrade

Pros: Sprended view from the room and restaurant. The room has enough space for three people and very modanized design.

Cons: Reception staff did not understand my booking details and I have to explain by myself.
