Pros: hotel & its staff. i made an error with my reservation as it was a last minute booking on my part. the front desk was helpful & resolved the matter in the least troublesome way. the breakfast is amazing & the serving staff are helpful.

Cons: nothing to dislike. i enjoyed the stay greatly & will recommend the stay for the amazing room & hotel.

Pros: They received us with a welcome drink! Clean, comfortable room included fresh fruit on arrival. We really enjoyed the happy hour with free drinks and delicious snacks!

Perfect stay - comfortable room and amazing staff!

Pros: The stay was really perfect, especially because of the amazing and very attentive staff - always ready to support, everyone was doing their best throughout the day to make it enjoyable. Whenever you would leave the room, you would come back and find it cleaned, some sweets and other small treats added, the minibar re-filled. Very comfortable room and bed.

Pros: One of the best experiences I had traveling in China. The staff - especially Fancy and Eva - went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was great, rooms very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Cons: I booked this fancy hotel for my birthday trip and the alarm went off both mornings I stayed there, so i did not sleep properly either night. the 'butler' didn't know how to open a bottle of wine which took 45 minutes to arrive, the massage was expensive and the masseuse tried to sell me another massage halfway through thus delaying the massage and upsetting me. She also massaged my knees in a way I've never experienced and 6 days later my knee is still in pain so will use my only day off this week to visit the hospital and thus pay hospital bills for her bad techniques. Very Bad experience of customer service at this hotel - especially for the level of hotel
