    Pros: Water Park for the kids
    Cons: We arrived at 4:00 p.m. to check in. They did not have our room ready until 6:00 p.m. . So I go speak with the manager to add the extra 2 hours on to our departure date and she told me it wasn't possible! Basically they wasted our 1st night there and still made us leave at normal check out time! Unbelievable that they would not do anything to compensate for the hour's of our time at the hotel!!

    Can’t wait to book again!

    Pros: The staff was very nice! With how extremely busy it was they did a great job especially towards people who were being nasty and impatient.
    Cons: The water temperature could had been a little warmer at night.

    Pros: It’s nice to have a hotel room at the waterpark.
    Cons: It was very dirty.. no toilet paper in our room, or in most bathrooms in the waterpark. No trash cans in the bathroom in the waterpark. Dirty washcloth left in the tub.

    Pros: Waterpark was nice, food place was good. Bed was very comfortable
    Cons: The noise had kids stomping and jumping above us until 1 am. I know it's a kids' hotel, but parents don't watch their kids at all. Our floor smelled like garbage, 1st floor smelled like pot. We prefer Great Wolf Lodge even though this place is closer to us

    Superb

    Pros: My family had a wonderful time. The rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The water park was fun and kept the kids very entertained. My 5 year old actually learned how to swim here and my 11 year old loved learning the boogie board. We ate mostly at the restaurant by the pool, the food was good and hot and hit the spot.. lol. My hat goes off to all that work there. Wonderful job.
    Cons: The wait to get a room. I thought my room would be ready.

    Pros: The water park the food
    Cons: The kids running up and down the halls at 10 pm kicking our room doors and the disrespect from other guests. I left the note for more towels in the morning and they were never brought I had to go to lobby desk and ask for more

    Unsettling! One word!

    Pros: Nothing.
    Cons: Staff attitudes on 0. Everyone gloomy and tweeking of some type of drugs. Half of the staff looked like they belonged on rehab. Rooms completely dated and everything falling apart. Vacuuming omg I don’t think k they vacuumed that place since it opened

    Disappointing

    It was okay, but not...

    Pros: I like the waterpark.
    Cons: I think the park has gone downhill over the years. The rooms are looking grungier. Tons of stains on the mattresses. There’s leftover things from people prior under the bed and next to the fridge. The door to our room was so hard to open and shut and the lock up top was broken. Not to mention check in was supposed to be at 4pm Friday and our room wasn’t ready until 6pm.

    Pros: Very Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
    Cons: Some stuff in the room was quite old. Room facilities as compared to price, could be more. Construction beside the room for Johny rockets, started too early disturbing our sleep.
