Cons: Check-in took longer than expected even an hour after the regular check-in time but after requesting a later check out without charge to reflect this, the desk clerk extended the late check-out

Pros: Fantastic stay! The location is exceptional, inside the Lotte Tower, with great night views. Subway located just below the lobby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Spacious room and looks pretty new.

Pros: This hotel really is the best hotel in Korea. All the staff are beyond polite and helpful. A massive plus they all speak english. We cant empathize how amazing and luxurious this hotel is. We stayed 4 nights and we can't say anything bad about it. We will definitely return.
