I will not stay in Legian again

Pros: We were so thankful for them taking us at the last minute after the disaster with our last accommodation. Loved the plush feeling of the lobby with the luggage trolleys and the lift. The pool was too cold to swim in. Breakfast was ok, better than nothing. Two reasons they got 2 stars for local 1) quit a distance from the main restaurants, even the closest Circle K was quite a walk down an alley way. 2) and this is in no way fault of the hotel but we were there at 5.45pm on the 15th August and some fumigation guy (without notifying anyone in advance) began to fumigate EVERYTHING, the entire building filled up with smoke, my daughter was screaming saying the building was on fire. We ran 3 floors down to the lobby, only to be fumigated by this ahole with his blower machine. He even fumigated the dog sitting on the lobby stairs. I have lung disease, and i was in tears with the amount of poison i inhaled running out of the building. When i told him, HE LAUGHED AT ME. The lobby assistant said they never get any warning, and once a month, he turns up, and they all just need to run for cover. It was the perfect ending to a very hard 16 days in bali, and I'll never return to Legian again.

Cons: Our original room on the top floor had tom cat pee smell coming through the vents in the bathroom at night time. 1st night we put up with it. 2nd night we taped up the door and roof and then i asked to change rooms. Floor 3, no smells at all. And make sure to ask when the fumigation man is due to come again. The hotel get no notice, it's once a month around the 15th and you'll be fumigated if you are in the building at the time.

Pros: The room was very clean. The staff were always happy to help. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient.

Cons: The pool was freezing cold and in the shade all day, unusable. The breakfast had a good selection of Indonesian food, but little or none vegetarian options. One one occasion there was a lot of ants in the restaurant and on the food.

Value for money but not for anyone that wants to sit in sun around pool

Cons: Room was small,smelt,bathroom was mouldy and needs fixing renovating, view from room was not very nice, pool was small and dirty, kids area was dirty, photos are fakely represented.....Cleaning staff dishonestly took my food, saying it had gone stale..

Cons: The bed was quite hard although for the amount I paid per night I cant really complain! My safe didnt work so I used my friends. Rooms were clean and tidy just a bit dated.

Nice hotel and good value, but noisy and very poor wifi.

Pros: The positives are price, cleanliness, helpful staff and a central location.

Cons: Two significant issues were excess noise and very poor wifi. The noise sources in my room were from barking dogs in the vicinity, construction noise in the adjacent room, and the air conditioning. I was originally booked into a room on the 4th floor and found the wifi almost unusable so I moved the second floor. The wifi was initially much better in the second floor room, but then began working only intermittently. About 50% of the time the wifi would be so slow that internet use was impossible.
