    Ideal spot for exploring, Good basic accommodation.

    Pros: Nice staff. Position close to the action but in a quieter area.
    Cons: Heating was either all or nothing. Cosy rooms, pretty standard for Shibuya mind.

    If its your first time in Japan dont stay in this hotel they dont represent Japanese hospitality

    Pros: The rooms were big but thats it ( we paid for it anyways) we could have booked a smaller room at a different hotel and would have enjoyed our stay
    Cons: The service was very poor the staff were laughing at us instead of helping when we were checking out. No thank you whatsoever after we checked out. At one point we asked if they had a weighing scale they did but the staff at the time was very hesitant to lend it to us saying its not for luggages so what was it for? All hotels i stayed in Japan had scales specifically for luggages. There was no seating in the lobby.

    Great stay overall. Just wish the room was a little bit bigger very clean.

    Pros: The location was amazing! Very close to everything
    Cons: The room was extremely small, which is our fault. I didnt look into it too much, but very clean.
