Cons: Resort fees. The beach. The hours of the restaurants and food establishments. The price. The fact that being under construction for the upcoming concert wasn’t disclosed to us. And that took away from the beach and the ocean view that we specifically asked for and paid for.

Cons: Our sheets weren’t changed, and nobody took our trash so we had to collect it. Not the end of the world, but it could have been better.

Disappointing

Pros: Great location on the beach, pool area is ok but needs to be expanded. No where to sit. Need way more loungers for the amount of people attending pool daily. Definitly should invest into expansion with the amount of money they charge plus all the fees!

Cons: No lounge chairs by pool unless youre there at 8am. Rooms need cleaning. Sheets were dirty and had to be changed upon check-in. Resort fee is $50/night ridiculous. Parking is $60/night LOL ridiculous.

Beautiful but way over priced

Pros: The room was nice , the view was incredible . The majority of the staff were pleasant. I liked having beach access.

Cons: Everything was way over priced. The only way to relax in front of the beach was to pay for a bed. I feel that paying the resort fee and the rate of the hotel you should have access to the view just as much as everyone else. The restaurants were expensive and not the quality it should be. It was over $15 for 2 coffees . There wasn't much close by. We had to uber A LOT. Overall I don't think I would stay again. Not for the cost. Its a beautiful place but much too expensive for what you get.

Pros: I didn’t like a single thing about this property. Really annoyed about almost everything.

Cons: The rude staff the dirty pool no one around for towels. Sidewalk was closed so we couldn’t use the bikes. Construction EVERYWHERE. Loud construction with a lovely fence right on the private beach. More construction right outside our “beach view” room that we paid extra to see tents and full grounds of orange platforms. We paid $45 extra a day for every single thing that was unusable at this location.

Pros: The pool areas were nice, not the lawn chairs though

Cons: Room was DISCUSTING! Mold was growing in the shower from obvious signs of not being cleaned in ages. There was no shower door so water just sprayed all over the bathroom forming big puddles not matter how you adjusted the shower head. Because of the big puddles we had to use extra towels so our children didnt slip. We were there 2 nights before cleaning staff freshened up the room and we ran out of clean towels. Had to go down to the front desk and ask for some and half the day later we STILL didnt have clean towles so we had to ask again.The carpet in the room was filthy. The beds you could feel every spring in the mattress. The hallway to the elevator smelled of vomit the entire week. Even taking the stairs there were blood stains all over the floor. About every other lawn chair was ripped out making seating at the beach or pools even more limited.For the price that is being charged severly disappointed! Plus you had to pay for every little thing at the resort and the prices were sky high.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. The lobby was very clean.

Cons: There was nowhere to hang or with towels. There was mold in the shower. The chairs around the pool were torn the hotel prices are so high that that was unacceptable there was nowhere to sit around the pool.
