    Very enjoyable over all.

    Pros: Location, cleanliness, and facilities (outdoor and indoor pools, several spas) were all exceptional. I loved that we could wash our clothes, especially after hiking in the rain
    Cons: We had a noisy heating vent above the fireplace and one lightbulb was burned out in the upstairs/master bathroom.

    West Sedona, the stay was...

    Pros: The check-in was wonderful. The villa was perfectly clean and quiet. Well-appointed and amenities were little things were very thought out. Very nice balcony, patios and very comfortable bed in the main bedroom
    Cons: Coffee policy's was one bag allowance daily at the front desk. If you are staying for more than 1 night, you should be given the allotment for the entire stay at check-in. They need a coffee station in the front lobby. The area was very quiet and pleasant until the joining unit "P" was occupied with loud people laughing and talking. One night, thankfully! A rap on the joining door quieted them down! No conversations were needed.

    Pros: The rooms were beautiful, the bed comfortable and it was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, very central.

    Pros: Spacious room! Overall good value for the money. Outdoor hot tubs were running despite cold temps.
    Cons: I was put off at check in when the front desk denied owing me a refund for reducing from 3 nights to 2 nights. I fought this, and in the end they did refund it. They also advised our room was ready, and when we went to it, there was cleaning staff inside. During our stay, a maintenance man used his key and walked right into our unit, surprising my teenage daughter and her friend. The front desk said there was a miscommunication. I definitely felt concerned for our safety/privacy, as well as worried they were not going to refund me the money I was owed. Not sure I would stay here again despite its cost-effectiveness.

    Pros: the room was clean and the staff helpful.
    Cons: i felt like we were in the same room with the people next door. the adjoining door was almost as if there was no door and we could hear everything. the microwave didn't work and had to be replaced. the coffee pot didn't sit on the coffee maker correctly to brew, the light over the sink was turning on and off oddly. Mostly disappointed in the lasck of privacy.

    Pros: The resort was fabulous. The grounds were beautiful. Our unit was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The bedroom curtains kept the room very dark. We enjoyed the fireplace on cold nights.
    Cons: The kitchen was supplied with cooking utensils, but there was only one frying pan another would have been appreciated. The frying pan that was there was stainless steel so food always stuck on and there were no scrub pads to help clean the pans.
