The Seal Cove Inn is a dreamy property in a superb location on the Pacific Coast.

Pros: The Seal Cove Inn's location is excellent. The inn itself is beautiful and our room and bed were extremely comfortable. The property itself is gorgeous... well located to walk on a beautiful path to the stunning Fitzgerald Marine Reserve. Breakfast and complimentary coffee bar were also excellent.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. The Seal Cove Inn was exceptionally charming. I loved the location and the simple, but much appreciated amenities (breakfast, coffee and beverage bar).

Pros: Beautiful property just a walk away to the beach!!! Staff is amazing and welcoming. Me and my boyfriend have stayed here twice and we love it so much. We will be coming back again soon!!!!

Pros: Such a welcome hospitality experience. Felt like we were in a European manor. Personal, welcoming & kind. The property is lovely & so close to incredible trails on the bluff. We loved the breakfast. The decor is soothing, super comfortable beds, the cantina with coffee, tea, water & more, also great location. Well be back!

Cons: Bathrooms could use an update but still are very functional & roomy. the towel warmer - nice touch!

Pros: The room is a very nice size and really liked being able to walk outside through the sliding door. We really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon wine. Also, the location is great. We loved the walk around the property and through the trees to the coast.

Cons: With the rooms and common spaces being so nice and current, the bathroom could really use some up-dating. While it was clean, it just felt a bit old.

Pros: The location was excellent. We loved that we could walk to the beach from the property. The evening reception and always available coffee/drink station were added bonuses. The breakfast they brought to our room was excellent.

Pros: This place was the last night of our honeymoon trip and was far more expensive than the other places we'd been to. It was worth it! The room was gorgeous, the setting is quiet and picturesque and the lady on reception was absolutely brilliant at her job. Breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, there's free tea and coffee downstairs 24/7 and plenty of parking as there aren't many rooms. Only a few minutes drive from bars and restaurants. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, you won't find anything better.

Cons: Nothing, this place is one we'll never forget.

Cons: No control of the heating which turned on during a heatwave and there were no screens which led to a lot of bugs.

Pros: Property and location is very nice. Proximity to the beautiful ocean and walking trails are wonderful. Watching the birds and bunnies eating in the courtyard is fun in the morning.

Cons: I thought the property had new owners since our last visit, so I assumed they would make some changes. We had the 1st room off the entry hall and front door. It did not feel very private as you could hear everything going on when people were coming in and out. The room we had was just ok. No artwork on the walls or decor to make it warm and inviting. The TV was very small for the space and was not a smart TV. There is no air conditioning and it was a very hot day. The room was rather uncomfortable upon arrival. The shower gel and body lotion were not pleasant smelling at all. The bathrobes may be nice on a very cold night or morning, but they are so heavy I could not even wear. The breakfast has stayed the same and could easily be improved. The croissant was not fresh, frittata tasteless and watery. Such a nice place and could easily be improved with a few changes.

We were in California for eight days and Seal Cove Inn was our favorite place during that time.

Pros: Looked like an English Inn with beautiful gardens. Loved the trails through the cypress forest and the Bluff Trial! Views were stunning! Also liked proximity to the Moss Beach distillery, where we had an incredible meal and stunning views for the ocean!
