Pros: Place is really improving. Directly across from the beach.

Cons: Parking lot needs to be re striped so you know where to park at. Also, you have to request maid service.

The location made my stay...

Pros: The location was exceptional, nothing like waking watching the Florida sunrise. Due to the location, most of the vacation was spent exploring the area.

Cons: The bar and restaurant was closed. The hotel can use some restoration and modernization.

Pros: hello, thank you very much, we were delighted with the hotel, starting from the location, the embankment, the pedestrian crossing as soon as you get out, tables on the street, when it rained we sat there, with a view of the ocean, a store in the hotel, that during the rain you can drink coffee or a cocktail , large room, balcony with a view of the trees, and iguanas came to the trees during the day, such beauty, coffee machine, ice as much as you want, clean and well-kept pool, very friendly staff, in general it was sad to leave, we stayed for 2 weeks

Cons: Needs updated badly (Carpet, painting, electrical outlets, lighting in the room) but for the price the bed was comfy, air worked great, balcony was nice for 2 ppl. Very disappointed the restaurant was closed down. Loved having that option right there in the mornings.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed.

Pros: It is in a great location.

Cons: The room was NOTHING like what it looks like in the photos. It was dirty a, with a mildew smell. There were band aid wrappers on the bathroom floor with some type of pill. Goldfish snacks spilled under the mattress and what appeared to be dried up vomit in the corner of the bathroom floor. In January I stayed at the Ocean Beach Club, that has a lower star rating than this place, but the Ocean Beach Club is 100 times better. This stay was TERRIBLE!!!
