wonderful breakfast and great location

Pros: room was nice, shower was very small which made the experience less comfortable. location is very good with walking distance to the train station and parking space. the restaurant in the hotel is very good!

Cons: I was really shocked the staff were changed and made in zero tolerance to any thing I arrived sick. one person man with moustache didn't agree to help with I invite friend and iwasi njurd infront of people he fought with me on extre 34 for bottle I told him I pay when I pay almost 3000 kr each day At night it was even worse a women with a big dog was in charge its a small place I had to be locked most day night at room scared I find my self not pleasant not welcome even I was sick and treat nice and pay a lot The cleaning is horrible full of dust has to begg for soap bathrooms era so not conventional It looks like the hotel make all to feel u not enjoy save money and 0 smiles to u Again the restrooms very sleepy not ease They take you for granted .they can be not nice become nervous when you so much need help and caring attitude I was escape crying from this experience The hotel behave like a factory not to place that tourists arrived and wanted to feel welcome for so much money it's not 4 star hotel less and even the manger make effort in the end I felt it destroyed my time in Denmark I felt not good even to go down count the minuts to leave and find in end time a good hotel with warm heart and clinnig that hope make me forget the horrible days I felt so unwelcome and sacred

I would like to stay 1 first floor close to stairs and that did not happen this time.

Cons: No parking, even though it said parking is available. You should park in the nearby shopping mall. It's quite unpleasant, especially if you work overnight and it rains often in there. 2/4 staff people were talking like they hate what they are doing. Very thin walls. You literally hear someone's talking in the other rooms. Temporary, but still, there is a construction site just under the window.
